1 Month Ago, There was a guy who used to sleep late in the night because he had a habit of playing video games and used to wake up late around 9 am in the morning, whose daily routine was just to have breakfast, binge-watch political content, movies and those dirty stuff (you know what I’m talking about) sleep and do some household work because he had to do it. he didn’t have any choice. Most of the time, he used to just sit or lay down and had a sedentary lifestyle

Ooh! I forgot one thing. He also had a habit of binge eating. I remember one day when he was very hungry, he ordered 5 aloo paratha (Bread which has smashed potato in it) and had all of them. I mean if you’re an adult, you can easily have 2 aloo paratha at once, it’ll fill you up. But having five at once is crazy. Only a binge eater can do such things.

Knowing that, he was taking himself in the wrong direction, he chose to do these things every day. It’s like an addiction. You can’t change your life unless you take action.

But one day, he took action. He decided that it was enough and he needs to change his bad habits and add some good habits to change his life. So what he did was, he called his friend who’s into fitness and told him “ Hey bro! I’m joining the gym next week”.

He took the membership and started working out 4 times a week. I still remember, on the first day, when he came home after the workout, he was so happy.

It’s just been one month and he’s really taking strong steps to change the way he used to live. He’s working out, He’s taking adequate sleep every day, he’s waking up early, and his diet changed (Protein percentage increased) and most importantly he feels good about himself. That’s the main highlight, doesn’t it?

Although there are many things that he needs to get fixed. But I’m really happy that he’s taking small steps in order to improve his life.

You might be thinking who the hell is that guy? Well, he is none other than me, the author of this story.

These days I really feel good when I think of that decision of joining a gym and started working out. It is really helping to break the limits of the mind. In the end, I feel it has added a purpose to my life.

If you’re also someone who’s having a sedentary lifestyle with nothing positive in life and wants to change it, I highly suggest you, take a gym membership and start working out. Don’t forget to focus on your diet too because it’s 20% exercise and 80% diet. I promise you you’ll start to see slight results after one month.

That’s it for today. I hope you liked my story of how the gym changed my life in one month.

Make sure to like, share and comment your thoughts.

Thanks :)
